Once a quarter we meet in person at the Management Lab in the New Forest. Pick the single constraint to fix, set targets (days back + cash), lock the 90-day plan, and put names on seats.

Execute with the cohort

Back at base, we run online sessions every two weeks. Deploy the playbooks, track scorecards, get blunt feedback, share wins — and learn what’s working (and isn’t) from others.

Review, bank, repeat

Quarter-end, measure against targets, capture lessons, tune the plan, and roll straight into the next Lab day. Same rhythm, bigger wins. Compounding improvement.
